CAD Gigantsport enforces strict child protection guidelines under Spanish and European youth safeguarding frameworks.
1. Staff Clearances & Background Certification
All instructors, coaches, and staff working with minors hold validated Negative Clearances from the National Registry of Sexual Offenses, verified prior to conducting any instruction.
2. Image Privacy & Non-Identification of Minors
- Full names of minors are never published alongside pictures or video footage.
- Media consent is completely optional, revokable at any moment, and never pre-ticked.
- Immediate removal of any image is honored upon parental request.
- We utilize stylized animation and illustration to protect student identity while showcasing technical agility.
3. Dedicated Safeguarding Lead
The club maintains an assigned Child Safeguarding Officer whom children or parents can approach in confidence regarding any concern:
